It’s fair to say that Alexandre Mazzia’s career has taken a few twists and turns. In 2014, he settled in Marseille and opened his restaurant named AM. His success is a reflection of his talent and his art of standing out from the crowd: he was awarded 3 Michelin stars in January 2021. With his restaurant closed due to the lockdown, he drew on his inexhaustible energy and humility to rustle up amazing dishes from a food truck. We take our hats off to you, Alexandre.
